James Willis

James has been part of the Jackson Team since 2016 and has taken on the challenge of expanding the rural and development aspects of the business including residential property sales and management. James was brought up on a dairy farm in Cheshire and still plays an active part in the family farm. He is based in the Cheshire Office and has over 20 years’ experience in the property and land industry, being a member of the RICS, a RICS Register Valuer and a Fellow of the Agricultural Valuers Association. Having trained as a land agent in Chester, he is well placed to advise clients on a wide range of land and property matters. Outside of work, James enjoys days out shooting with his dog Bailey and fishing with friends.
Rebecca Fifield
Senior sales negotiator
Rebecca has always had a passion for property and became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1999. She is a specialist in high value residential property, having worked in Cheshire for Jackson-Stops for the past 24 years, joining the team at Larch Property in 2024. Rebecca has a proactive approach as well as a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is well placed to skilfully guide clients through the challenges of selling their treasured homes.
She is a farmer’s daughter and has ridden since she was a child, and describes horses as her second passion, with latterly supporting her daughter through Pony Club and onto the under 18’s British Eventing programme.
Charlie Giffard

Charlie has 19 years experience from his time both in the fast paced upper end of the London market and the rural scene in Shropshire, Staffordshire and the surrounding counties. Coming from a countryside background, Charlie has dealt with all sorts of properties, specialising in Listed and the more unusual the better.

Gillon Crow
Lettings Manager
Gillon joined the Jackson team in 2011 and has since had a wide spread of responsibility across all fields within the company. Gillon is now the director and lettings manager, but you will also find him out on the road undergoing valuations. Gillon is well placed to advise on renting, selling and buying equestrian properties, having been brought up around horses from a young age. Gillon is also an active amateur jockey, last year competing for the third time in the Foxhunter’s race at Aintree.
Richard Burton
Director
Richard has over 20years experience within the residential and commercial property sector. He was a founder member of Jackson Equestrian in 2008 and remains as one of the Directors of Larch Property, which enables the expansion of Jackson Equestrian.
Richard is a managing partner to the Longner Estate near Shrewsbury, he sits on the board at Ludlow Racecourse and the Amateur Jockeys Association; is Chairman of Eyton Races and oversees Longner Bloodstock which is a small NH Broodmare band.
In a former life Richard retired as the then winning most point-to-point jockey in GB and rode three winners at the Cheltenham Festival and one winner at Aintree Festival.
Isadora Prytherch
Apprentice Surveyor
Dora Prytherch joined Jackson Property as an apprentice in September 2023 and is studying for her Rural Chartered Surveyor Degree, part-time at Harper Adams university. The apprenticeship is undertaken over five academic years with teaching delivered in weekly blocks, spread across the academic year.
Dora has a horse herself and competes British Eventing regularly. Dora is excited to work with equestrian property and hopes that her equine background will help her to understand client goals.
In her new role, Dora is learning on the job- undertaking all general office duties and shadowing the office on valuations, getting a taste of everything a Chartered Surveyor is required to do.
Richard Corbet
Director
Richard joined Larch property in 2024. Richard qualified and worked as a Chartered Accountant in London before completing the Rural Estate and Land Management masters at Cirencester. He has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has over a decade of experience in managing rural estates in Shropshire and further afield. Richard is also the managing partner and owner of the Acton Reynald Estate. Richard assists clients with all aspects of rural estate management and is well placed to advise on ownership structures and succession planning.
David Griffiths
Accounts and Office Administrator
David Joined Larch property in 2023. 17 years with the Army as a Surveyor, 15 doing project management (p.m.) and local government (including being a facilities manager). A long spell with a software company (accounts and p.m.) and short periods in support roles in schooling.
