Longner Estate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Here at Larch Property we have the knowledge and understanding to meet our clients’ strategic requirements within the wants and needs of estate management. We are proud of our clients and the personal, long-standing relationships that have been developed and continue to evolve over many years. Our involvement with the Longner Estate is to oversee the day-to-day management of this private Estate’s residential property portfolio, including project management of any renovation works on their residential properties, in order to ensure the longevity of the Estate and to have long term tenants in residence.
Helshaw Grange, Shropshire
Larch Property sold Helshaw Grange for the Birchall family who were in residence for over 30 years and had over that time developed the property into a professional equestrian Estate, having installed various facilities and several stables and residential properties. Having sold the property in 2017, the purchaser wished for Larch Property to manage the day to day running of the Estate, managing the various tenants on site with their individual stable yards and properties. With our assistance and the client’s further investment in the property, the net rental income has now more than doubled within a four-year period.
